Justin Giboney is a young attorney and co-founder of dNBe Apparel and Atlanta Politico.  Well-versed in civil rights and black empowerment philosophies, Justin combines the lessons of old with his hip hop sensibilities to formulate a powerful message regarding the importance of self-definition, determination and education.

    A Denver, Colorado native, Justin earned a football scholarship to Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  There, he studied philosophy and social policy, while writing for the student newspaper and earning MVP honors on the Vanderbilt football team.  Justin went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the vice-president of the Black Law Students Association.

    Seeking to counter the negative imagery plaguing the black community, Justin and his college friends founded  the clothing line  dNBe Apparel.  dNBe Apparel provides an attractive alternative to the status quo by creating a synergy of style and black empowerment substance.  With the success of designs such as "Smart Is The New Gangsta", the company has furthered its mission to reverse many of the negative mentalities in the black community.   Justin uses writing, lectures and his apparel company as vehicles to spread his unique message across the country.
